This conference, sponsored by the Practices of Emancipation II project, will facilitate discussion among scholars pursuing digital projects to study the African American experience of the Civil War. Invited participants will gather for a series of presentations, workshops, and breakout sessions, with the shared goal of identifying opportunities for future collaboration.
