Kennedy Casey is the manager of the Chatter Lab, a research center at the University of Chicago that investigates the cognition of everyday human language. She completed her BA degree at Princeton University, where she concentrated in Psychology and also studied Cognitive Science, Linguistics, and Neuroscience while working at the Princeton Baby Lab. Casey's research focuses on how young learners extract meaningful information from complex, everyday communicative contexts and explores which cues (linguistic, environmental, social, etc.) may support them most in doing so.
